Within walking distance for me. Always friendly, always engaging, even when the customers sometimes seem irritated and annoyed. I wish the customers weren't so rushed and under so much time pressure (my personal experience). The only drawback, and this isn't the owner's fault, is the parking situation. However, there are free parking spaces nearby, which should be used.

The parking situation is a bit inconvenient, but fortunately, there's now the option to pick up packages directly from home or have them taken away. Very friendly and competent staff. My question about legal compliance with PRIO shipping was answered accurately, as I later discovered online, and they recommended a more suitable delivery method for my needs. The employees take their time answering questions while still working quickly. I felt welcome and valued there, which isn't something you see very often these days. Thank you very much! I'll be stopping by more often during the coming Christmas season.

I went to the post office branch today with my husband and was very pleasantly surprised. The old branch had inconvenient opening hours, was usually packed, and the staff were often unfriendly and, unfortunately, incompetent, probably due to overwork. Since then, I've avoided the post office branch and try to do everything online whenever possible. Today, however, I had no other choice, as I wanted to send some letters with priority so they would arrive tomorrow and I could also track them. The parking situation is really bad, but it was the same before. I'm not going to have a 30kg package delivered to the branch. The branch is clean and well-organized. We only had to wait a short time. The employee was very friendly and explained the changes to registered mail to me, among other things. The only downside I noticed was the lack of accessibility. However, I imagine that wheelchair users who make themselves known by waving or knocking will be helped. I can seriously imagine going to the branch more often now. Update: Super friendly again today. The milestone cards for children are a really nice idea!

The shop has definitely seen better days and could use a fresh coat of paint and a new floor, as well as a bit more structure. And yet, I'm glad it's there. The new, modern parcel lockers with mailboxes, some of which can only be controlled via mobile phone, are too much for me. I'm happy to support local businesses and am leaving 5 stars here.
